چکیده
Many studies have been conducted on maize to study the effect of drought yield at flowering stage, but understanding biochemical and photosynthetic response against seedling stage needs be well established. Thus, understand differential changes interaction parameters under drought, a greenhouse experiment with twelve genotypes severe (30% field capacity) irrigated (90-100% conditions were performed. Drought differentially altered in all genotypes. A sharp increase hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde (MDA), total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) seen positive association between H2O2 TAOC, MDA transpiration rate (E) was observed drought. Nonphotochemical quenching increased avoid photosystem damage. PCA biplot analysis showed that reducing E increasing efficiency would better adaptation mechanism stage.

Path Analysis of Yield Related Traits in Wheat Genotypes under Normal Irrigation and Drought Stress Conditions
For identification of correlations and relations among different traits in bread wheat, 30 genotypes were investigated based on a split plot experiment in the form of randomized complete block design with three replications under normal and moisture stress conditions during the 2016-2017 crop season. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the effect of genotypes was significant for...

in order to evaluate of physiological traits, related to drought tolerance, an experiment was carried out in controlled condition. the experiment was conducted to assess the effect of drought stress on photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic pigments in two tolerant genotypes (mcc392 & mcc877) and two susceptible genotypes (mcc68 & mcc448) were grown in drought stress (25% f...
متن کاملPost-anthesis Drought Stress Effects on Photosynthesis Rate and Chlorophyll Content of Wheat Genotypes
Water stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agriculture worldwide. In order to assess photosynthesis response and grain yield of 25 wheat genotypes under water deficit (post-anthesis stress) conditions, a 2-year study (2010-12) was carried out as a split-plot arrangement using randomized complete block design with three replications. The most sensitive gas exchange variable to water de...
متن کاملQtl Mapping of Wheat Doubled Haploids for Chlorophyll Content and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Kinetics under Drought Stress Imposed at Anthesis Stage
Drought stress is one of the major environmental constraints to crop plants including wheat worldwide. Synthetic hexaploid can act as a vehicle for improving crop tolerance against biotic and abiotic stresses. Doubled haploid population consisting of one hundred and forty individuals derived from cross of Opata and SH223 was used in the present study to identify genomic regions associated with ...
